Confirm that the meeting or appointment will take place, and review any pertinent details (time, place, etc.), as necessary.

- place: the Green Room in the Doe Suites I have written in my daily planner that our interview will be at 4:00 p.m. on July 24, in your office on 1600 Main Street. Please correct me if this schedule is wrong. Remember our meeting on July 24, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. I want to confirm our appointment that we scheduled for Monday. As you requested, I will be at your office at noon with a copy of the proposal. John and Jane Doe will also attend. Your interview is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2019, from 1:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
